The Houston Parks and Recreation Department and District D Council Member Wanda Adams invite you to the Second Annual Sunnyside Community Center Back to School Health Fair, Saturday, August 11, 2012, 9 a.m. – noon at the Sunnyside Community Center, 3502 Bellfort Boulevard, Houston 77051.
Families can enjoy free fun activities while taking care of some of their children’s back to school needs: free immunizations for children (must bring immunization records), free school supplies while they last (must bring a report card or enrollment form and child must be present), and free health screenings. The Houston Food Bank will have fresh produce and other food supplies on hand.
